Construction Specialties Group: Quality Alternatives investigated the three story office building HVAC systems providing diagnostics, troubleshooting, evaluation and documentation of the building HVAC system and controls. Supporting calculations and design retrofit drawings enabled Iaione Construction, Independent Sheet Metal, Norris Insulation and Total Control Concepts to upgrade the building HVAC systems on a progressive improvement schedule. Work completed to date includes the 1st, partial 2nd, and 3rd floor return air plenum restoration, HVAC distribution ductwork upgrades, air handler overhauls, control programs update and VAV box retrofits.
