Administrative Support Person
Full Time - Hours: 7:30 am - 4:30

 

Requirements:
This person's primary responsibility will be as full-time administrative assistant. This is a fast paced environment and requires an individual that is team oriented, as well as, a strong individual contributor, with exceptional communication, organizational and computer (MS Access, Word & Excel) skills. The successful candidate must be reliable, efficient, focused, self-motivated, willing to work on multiple projects with tight timelines and within budget and be able to interact with our clients and employees in a professional manner. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, general administrative duties such as greeting visitors, answering phones, copying, filing, data entry and faxing and will also include assisting with the marketing and various projects. This individual should be eager to learn and be prepared for cross-training for technical project assistance which will include AutoCAD skills, using software to perform HVAC design engineering calculations and generating and executing qualification documents for the regulated industry.


Associate Project Engineer
Full-time - Hours 7:30 am - 4:30 pm

 

Requirements:
This person's primary responsibility will be as full-time HVAC technical person. This is a fast paced environment and requires an individual with HVAC knowledge that is team oriented, as well as, a strong individual contributor, with exceptional communication, organizational and computer (MS Access, Word, Excel & AutoCAD 2002) skills. The successful candidate must be reliable, efficient, focused, self-motivated, willing to work on multiple projects with tight timelines and within budget and be able to interact with our clients and employees in a professional manner. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, general technical duties such as performing HVAC design functions, such as, static pressure and heat load calculations, sizing ductwork, drafting, evaluating daily HVAC observations, field surveys. Generating and executing compliance and validation documentation such as installation and operation qualifications and commissioning documents for the pharmaceutical and other regulated industries. Other responsibilities will include assisting with the administrative duties. This individual should be eager to learn and be prepared for cross-training for administrative assistance which will include contact database maintenance, filing, copying and other administrative duties. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual that has initiative, drive, is solutions oriented, creative and motivated.

 

Minimum Requirements:
Candidate must be actively enrolled in a 2 or 4 year Mechanical Engineering program. Candidate must be highly proficient in MS Access, Excel and Word, & AutoCAD 2002.
